Step 6 – Once you have completed the interviews and assessments the selected applicant will need extra attention. The Interview may need to be conducted in several rounds. Overall the purpose of the interviews and assessments is to find the right person for the job. The knew may need to be conducted in a preliminary manner and then have the interviews repeated in order to tease out any errors and or problems with the candidates.
Step 7 – Once the interviews and assessments have been completed the applicant will need to submit their resume. A resume provides a portal into a possible short-listed candidate. The resume should include an overview of the applicant’s educational history, any work experience, and an indication of the heights reached and the goals achieved.
Step 8 – Once the applicant has submitted their resume into the hiring process the final step is to either have a phone interview or bring in the applicant for a full interview. It’s important to remember that the interview is a two-way process. The potential employer is also conducting a background check.
